Demurrage Policy

Customers may store purchased material in any railcar provided by Bamberger Amco Polymers for up to 60 days from the date of actual order placement.
From the 61st day until the railcar is physically released, customers will be charged a Detention Fee of $50 per day.
Additionally, if the railcar is not released by the 120th day, an additional charge of $10,000 will be applied.
Any demurrage accumulated due to delayed railcar release is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Transportation Surcharge Policy

Effective for shipments made on or after April 6, 2026, a $250 transportation surcharge (per shipment) will apply to all orders.
