• FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.1a, foods of > pH5, types I, IV-B, VI-B, VII-B and VIII per Table 1 of 21 CFR 176.170(c) and use conditions E through G per Table 2 of 21 CFR 176.170(c)
