Your account balance isn’t displayed in MyBAP, since detailed credits and debits aren’t easy to track without a full record of every invoice. If you have a specific question about your account balance or credit standing, please contact your sales representative or account specialist.

Select pricing is available through MyBAP. If you can’t find the price you need, please use the “Request a Quote” feature in the portal for help.

Live tracking for shipments is a portal feature that’s still in development. In the meantime, please email your sales representative or account specialist for tracking information. Note that many of our orders are shipped and delivered within 24 hours; live tracking information isn’t always provided within that timeframe.

Our product portfolio is constantly being updated, but it doesn’t include all the products we’re authorized to sell. If you need documents for a product that isn’t listed in MyBAP yet, please contact your sales rep or account specialist for help.

When you submit a regulatory document request, our team works with suppliers to source the correct version. That process typically takes 10-14 days, since our supplier often needs to create a new document. As soon as we receive it, that document is posted to our product portfolio and you’ll receive an email confirming its availability. Please reach out to your sales representative or account specialist if the process takes longer than expected.
