RAVATUF™ Thermoplastic polyolefins are rigid TPO products with exceptional dimensional stability and good balance of impact and toughness. RAVATUF™ is offered in a wide range of melt flow properties (MFR 0.5 to 75, 2.16 kg/230C) suitable for profile extrusion, sheet extrusion and molding applications. Product is available in color with scratch and mar resistance package for interior parts. It is available with full UV package for full partial paint automotive exterior parts.
• RAVATUF™ 100X an impact modified 10% mineral filled TPO with 100000 psi flex modules & -40 °C cold temperature ductility.
• RAVATUF™ 150X an impact modified 12% mineral filled TPO with 150000 psi flex modules & -40 °C cold temperature ductility.
• RAVATUF™ 200X an impact modified 15% mineral filled TPO with 200000 psi flex modules & -30 °C cold temperature ductility.
• RAVATUF™ 300X an impact modified 20% mineral filled TPO with 300000 psi flex modules & -30 °C cold temperature ductility.
• RAVATUF™ 400X an impact modified 30% mineral filled TPO with 400000 psi flex modules & -5 °C cold temperature ductility.
